CIRCULAR - SCHOOL FEE

As per the Education Director’s Order No.DE.15(318)/PSB/2016/19786 dated 17.10.2017, the 7^th Central Pay Commission recommendation under Central Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 had to be implemented in all Private Unaided Recognised Schools of Delhi w.e.f. 01.01.2016.

On 27.12.2017, a Public Notice was issued by the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi. As per the Public Notice, the Government of NCT of Delhi has decided to defer the above mentioned order of the Directorate of Education dated 17.10.2017. Accordingly, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi has ordered the Directorate of Education to stay the above stated order until the next date of hearing. 

In compliance with the Public Notice, the School has rolled back the 15% increase in the December tuition fee subject to the outcome of the next hearing. In case December Fee Bill is paid, the differential amount of tuition fee for one month (revised tuition fee less old tuition fee) will be credited to the student’s ledger to be adjusted in the January 2018 fee bill. In case December Fee Bill is unpaid, it will be recalculated as per the old tuition fee rate.

Further, the January 2018 tuition fee will be billed as per the old rates subject to any order/direction by the Directorate of Education.
